The major raw material for Fufeng High Fructose syrup is starch, which is first liquefied by enzyme, saccharified into liquid glucose, then decolored, filtered and refined. High fructose syrup is obtained after part glucose is trans-ferred into fructose. It is mainly applied in beverage, carbonated drinks, fruit juice, fruit wine, bread, cakes, canned fruit, fruit jam, confect, dairy drinks, oral medical solutions, cold drinks, etc. Some crystallised fructose is used in pharmaceutical industry.
